Highlights of this concert included finally getting to see Isaac and Tay rocking out on guitar's during "Dancin' In The Wind", hearing a funkier version of "Look At You", Zac's solo "The Walk", Taylor's Solo "Love Me", Taylor coming on after Zac's solo and saying "Now that's a hard act to follow", and then Isaac coming back on after Taylor's solo and also saying "Now that's a hard act to follow", hearing "Every Word I Say" (we didn't think they'd play it), Taylor telling the crowd "tonight you're part of the band" during "Crazy Beautiful" while getting everyone to "snap, snap, snap", and Hanson working the crowd during "Hey" - "and you say..."

Concert number two for Hanson, and they didn't disappoint. Highlights of this show included Isaac giving his all during "Hand In Hand" - who knew he could rock that hard?!?, "Believe" (the one and only time they played this song), hearing Hanson cover "Tulsa Time" outside of Tulsa, and Zac jumping off his drum set and landing successfully!

Penrith @ the Evan Theatre, Friday, 27th May 2005

The Penrith concert rocked! Definite highlights included Zac swapping the piano for guitar during his solo for "Go", Hanson playing "Love Song", Hanson giving their all during the U2 cover "In A Little While", Taylor kicking away his piano stool during "Lost Without Each Other", and who could forget Hanson walking back onstage for their encore, Zac picking up the beat to "We Will Rock You", the crowd running with it resulting in an impromptu performance of "We Will Rock You" by Hanson (with a little help from the crowd). It didn't stop there... everyone was thrilled when Hanson launched into the real encore - "Long Way To The Top" by AC/DC. The guys went nuts during this song - highlights included Isaac and Taylor playing back to back during their guitar solos, Tay kicking Zac's drum cymbals in time to the music, and Zac attempting to jump off the drum kit at the end.

Sydney @ the Enmore Theatre, Saturday, 28th May 2005

Sydney would have to be one of the loudest crowds this tour. Highlights included Isaac breaking a string during "Strong Enough To Break", Zac's microphone stand falling down during his "Broken Angel" solo and the crowd having to finish the verse for Zac, someone screaming during the beginning of Isaac's solo "Being Me", Isaac replying by telling the crowd that if someone screams tell them to "Shut The Hell Up!" - someone screaming once again and the WHOLE crowd yelling "Shut The Hell Up!", and Hanson playing "Rock 'n Roll Razorblade" for the first time this tour.

Perth @ Challenge stadium, Wednesday, 1st June 2005

The crowd at the Perth concert was a lot more relaxed than at other concerts - that's not to say they didn't make noise, it just felt like they saw through the hype and appreciated the music a bit more. Highlights included Isaac shaking things up a bit and confusing the roadie by playing "Sunshine of Your Love" instead of whatever acoustic song he was meant to be singing that night, Zac walking back onstage after Isaac's solo and saying "Hanson are like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get", to which Isaac replied "They didn't know I was going to play that song". Hanson playing "Deeper" for the first time this tour, as well as "Man From Milwaukee", and of course "Long Way To The Top". Another highlight, Andrew G from Channel V and Idol getting mobbed after the concert and being escorted rather quickly backstage.

Concert number 6 but Hanson still had more energy than ever before. More than anything, Isaac really seemed to enjoy this show. Highlights included "Hand In Hand", Taylor recounting the story of a fan telling him there is nothing to do in Adelaide, to which Taylor replied "There's this!", Taylor getting the crowd jumping during "If Only", and the ever reliable line up of songs - "You Never Know", "MmmBop", "Penny & Me" and "Lost Without Each Other", and of course the encore "Tulsa Time".

Melbourne #1 @ the Palais Theatre, Sunday, 5th June 2005

This concert was a little bit different to the other concerts - this concert was being recorded for the new LIVE album (due out later this year), and was also being filmed. The Palais was packed and Hanson didn't disappoint. Highlights included Andrew G sneaking in for his second concert during "Dancin In The Wind", Zac mistakenly calling Taylor to the stage after his solo instead of Isaac, all 3 band members singing a solo, Hanson bringing the house down during the encore "In The City", and Taylor writing "Are You Listening?" on the piano after the encore.

Melbourne #2 @ the Palais Theatre, Monday, 6th June 2005

The very last show of Hanson's Australian tour, and Hanson shook things up once again. Highlights included Zac playing guitar during his "Go" solo, Isaac playing the new song "So Lovely" (from this years hanson.net members CD) and then being joined onstage by Taylor and Zac halfway through, Hanson playing "I Will Come To You" again, Hanson playing "Song To Sing" as the encore and then Taylor announcing that they have to replay a few songs as they are still recording the Melbourne concert. In the end they replayed "Look At You" and "In A Little While", and finished the 4 song encore with "Long Way To The Top"!

The best highlight was Taylor telling the crowd (as he points to the words written on the piano last night) "Hey guys one more time, we started a record company because we believe in you guys - we believe in the idea of independent music and the idea of this relationship right here. We want you guys to stand up for great music of all kinds, get out there, get involved. I want you guys to say, every fricken person out there "ARE YOU LISTENING?"
